I hereby give my full consent to The Dr. Mära Show to record, distribute, and use my voice, image, and likeness in connection with the podcast episode I will be a guest on. I understand and acknowledge the following:

Recording and Distribution:

I will be recorded during the podcast episode. The recording may be edited, reproduced, and distributed through various media platforms, including but not limited to, podcasts, websites, social media, and promotional materials. The Podcast has the right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify the interview and related materials worldwide and indefinitely.

Commercial Use:

I explicitly grant The Dr. Mära Show the right to use the interview for commercial purposes, including the ability to make money from it in any form.

Content Review:

I have the right to review and request changes to any content that directly relates to me before its distribution, provided it is reasonably practicable.

Ownership and Copyright:

The Dr. Mära Show retains full ownership and copyright of the podcast episode and related materials.

Third-Party Usage:

The Dr. Mära Show shall not be held responsible for any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the podcast episode or related materials by third parties.

Waiver of Claims:

I hereby waive any claims or rights of compensation, royalties, or remuneration arising from or related to the use, reproduction, or distribution of the podcast episode or related materials.

Release of Liability:

I release The Dr. Mära Show, its representatives, contractors, employees, and assigns from any liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses arising from or related to my participation in the podcast episode or the use of the podcast episode or related materials.

Acknowledgment:

I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver form and that I voluntarily and knowingly agree to its contents.

I understand that by signing this waiver, I am providing my consent and agree to be bound by its terms. I also understand that once I provide consent, it is irrevocable and cannot be withdrawn at a later date.

By signing below, I confirm that I have carefully read and fully understand the terms of this Podcast Guest Waiver and Release Form and agree to its contents.
